International Bible Church is a non-denominational fellowship of believers whose purpose is to life up the Lord Jesus Christ and to spread the Good news of the Gospel to our city, our nation, and the world.

We believe that:

  • The Bible is the Word of God

  • There is one God: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost

  • Jesus Christ is Savior, Healer, and Lord

  • Baptism for believers is by immersion in water

  • Baptism in the Holy Spirit is accompanied by speaking in other tongues

  • The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for Spirit-filled believers

  • In the soon-coming of our Lord Jesus Christ

  • Divine healing is for people today

  • That all believers are to share the love of Christ with the lost and dying world

Stand and Sing

…We will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us…

II Chronicles 20:9

Lift Up Our Hands

I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord. I spread out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you as a parched land.

Psalms 63:4; 134:2 and 143:6

Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy…but everyone who prophesies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement, and comfort.

I Corinthians 14:1,3

Gift of the Holy Spirit

For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful. So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my mind; I will sing with my spirit, but I will also sing with my mind.
I Corinthians 14:14-15 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord…”

Ephesians 5:19

Praying and Praising Aloud

When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “you make the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them.” Acts 4:24; Shout with joy to God…” Psalm 66:1; Let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1; Shout for joy to the Lord…shout for joy before the Lord, the King. Psalm 98:4,6; Shout for joy to the Lord… Psalm 100:1

Is anyone of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up.

James 5:14-15
